A second acquisition is in process with a high energy street light product that will save 50% power consumption compared to standard type street lighting.

Financial Results

Independent, Inc. generated $4, 800,000 in revenues during 2009. Since the change in company name to Luxury Kitchens Hoods in the first quarter of 2010 the revenues are increasing at a pace of 40% over 2009.

Projections

Luxury Kitchen Hoods revenues for 2010 are projected to reach $6,800,000 (40% over 2009) with net income over 10%. The 2011 revenues are projected to be over $8,000,000 (20% over 2010).

Imo this comany has the potental of be ing huge. The CEO of the company stated that if this trend continues the year end numbers would reflect a substantial profit for the Company".
